The Best Leggings You Will Ever Own

Friday, September 16, 2016

This is no exaggeration. This is not a drill. These are the best leggings I have ever owned. Leggings are a staple in my wardrobe. Call me basic, call me unoriginal - I don't care. A proper fit (i.e: skintight) allows you to streamline your wardrobe or experiment with fun tops, while keeping your bottoms "safe".

$98

I absolutely love these leggings. I own them in two different styles - the regular rise and the high rise (talk about sucking you in!). These pants provide perfect coverage unlike other leggings. I am a fan of Lululuemon bottoms, like the infamous Wunder Unders (click to see them here) - but the Align pant outshines the rest. I have washed and rewashed these pants so many times and they still fit like new with no signs of fading.

These pants also feel like BUTTER (or 'butta' as my coffee talk friends like to say). They are so soft and smooth it feels like you are naked - according to the company they are even considered to instill a "naked sensation". This so called naked sensation is "engineered to feel like your go-to, lightweight, second-skin layer - you'll forget you're wearing this next-to-nothing sensation as you move". I concur ;)

FYI: if you are a huge fan of the Wunder Unders - these are definitely more lightweight and therefore do not offer as much compression as the WUs. Sometimes I feel like the WUs are just too thick for everyday wear. Shop according to your own taste and needs.

    1. Thanks Molly - I'm glad you agree! I love lulu leggings. Sometimes they get hate for being "basic" (which is a silly attribute to begin with) but who cares?! If a product is crafted well I don't care about reputation :)

  2. Ooh they look tempting... Do they feel quite tight, should I get a size up?

    1. Not at all - they are less restricting than the Wunder Unders (less compression) so I would try your regular size in lululemon and go from there :)
