...that is how long it has been since I've written a blog post.
I would like to say that I was doing something extremely exciting or volunteering somewhere without internet service but instead my only excuse is life. Life has a way of continuing to move even when you want it to stop (#deepthoughts). Alas, I am back and I want to try to give this blog one more try. I'm not sure how often I will write and maybe I'll be super organized like our trusty beauty gurus and buy a planner JUST FOR BLOGGING. That's how you know if you've made it :)
Also just a random tidbit (and disclaimer), I have a strong aversion towards uppercase letters. As a teacher (and a language arts teacher at that!), I struggle on a daily basis and wrestle with my aesthetic preference versus traditional writing conventions. You have been warned!
